Spicy Peanut Chicken Quesadillas

The Missus is back from her four-day trip. She was hungry, so I took her to one of her favorite places in the city: Lula Cafe. I had the spaghetti, which is supposed to include “sweet and spicy chile ‘salsa rossa’ bacon and queso fresco.” It was neither sweet nor spicy. Kind of strangely bland, and greasy.

The dessert we split was a homemade mint chocolate chip with the most amazing chocolate brownie-cookie. Dessert fixes everything.
